These terms govern your use of Memory Tickets (“the app”), published by Memory Tickets. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Memory Tickets lets you turn your own photos into collectible, keepsake-style ticket stubs, stored locally on your device. It has no social features and no feed. The free version is supported by non-personalized banner ads, described under “Ads” below.
Photos and tickets you create in the app are yours. We never access, collect, or transmit them — see the Privacy Policy for details. You're responsible for keeping your own backups (e.g. via device backup) since data is stored locally.
The free version of Memory Tickets displays non-personalized banner ads to support development. Buying Memory Tickets Pro — as a subscription or outright — or “Remove Ads” turns them off.
All three are billed and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Use the “Restore Purchases” option in the app to restore a prior purchase or active subscription on a new or reinstalled app.
Don't use the app to create or store unlawful content, or attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent its purchase or licensing mechanisms.
The app is provided “as is.” While we've tested it carefully, we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Back up anything irreplaceable.
We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the current terms.
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them.
Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady korzystania z Memory Tickets („aplikacja”), wydawanego przez Memory Tickets. Pobierając aplikację lub korzystając z niej, akceptujesz ten regulamin.
Memory Tickets pozwala zamieniać Twoje własne zdjęcia w kolekcjonerskie, pamiątkowe bilety, przechowywane lokalnie na Twoim urządzeniu. Aplikacja nie ma funkcji społecznościowych ani tablicy aktualności. Wersja bezpłatna utrzymywana jest z niespersonalizowanych banerów reklamowych, opisanych w sekcji „Reklamy” poniżej.
Zdjęcia i bilety, które tworzysz w aplikacji, należą do Ciebie. Nigdy nie mamy do nich dostępu, nie zbieramy ich ani nie przesyłamy — szczegóły w Polityce prywatności. Ponieważ dane przechowywane są lokalnie, to Ty odpowiadasz za wykonywanie własnych kopii zapasowych (np. przez kopię zapasową urządzenia).
Bezpłatna wersja Memory Tickets wyświetla niespersonalizowane banery reklamowe wspierające rozwój aplikacji. Zakup Memory Tickets Pro — w subskrypcji albo na własność — lub „Usuń reklamy” je wyłącza.
Wszystkie trzy są rozliczane i obsługiwane przez Apple App Store lub Google Play i podlegają ich regulaminom oraz zasadom zwrotów. Aby przywrócić wcześniejszy zakup lub aktywną subskrypcję na nowym lub ponownie zainstalowanym urządzeniu, użyj opcji „Przywróć zakupy” w aplikacji.
Nie używaj aplikacji do tworzenia ani przechowywania treści niezgodnych z prawem, ani nie próbuj poddawać jej inżynierii wstecznej, manipulować nią lub obchodzić jej mechanizmów zakupu i licencjonowania.
Aplikacja dostarczana jest „w stanie, w jakim jest”. Choć testowaliśmy ją starannie, nie możemy zagwarantować, że będzie wolna od błędów lub dostępna bez przerw. Rób kopie zapasowe wszystkiego, co jest niezastąpione.
Możemy z czasem aktualizować aplikację i niniejszy regulamin. Dalsze korzystanie po aktualizacji oznacza akceptację aktualnej wersji regulaminu.
Jeśli pobrałeś aplikację z Apple App Store, zastosowanie ma również Licensed Application End User License Agreement firmy Apple, a Apple jest beneficjentem będącym stroną trzecią niniejszego regulaminu, uprawnionym do jego egzekwowania.
